Nursing and Palliative Care

• Residents receive full 24 hour nursing and Palliative care from our team of highly skilled and experienced nurses and carers. The home has been designed to be homely and extremely comfortable, but to also to minimise falls and to promote independence for our residents.

• We work in partnership with residents and relatives to promote high quality safe independent living. Our team of highly skilled and experienced nurses and carers work alongside our visiting GP, and other multidisciplinary team eg  Macmillan nurse,  chiropodist and optician to help avoid hospital admissions..

• Families have monthly meetings with the key nurses to discuss any concerns they may have and about any changes in care that may be needed. Families and residents are fully consulted in the decision making process.
